Project Background

EDGE UPSI currently manages stall and kiosk booking requests manually through Google Forms. This process creates several challenges, including booking conflicts, inefficient record management and difficulties in tracking stall availability.

Therefore, this project proposes a web-based kiosk booking system that centralizes the entire booking process. The system aims to improve reservation management, reduce manual tasks and provide a more efficient experience for both users and administrators.
